Sample Policy

Customers are welcome to buy samples from Adapt to present to their customers. These can be purchased at a discounted value, however we cannot guarantee the colour and branding on the unit, as it will be an overrun of a previous order.

Adapt will then offer a credit of 5% on future orders, until the cost of the sample/s (excluding transport) has been eradicated.

Example:

R5 000 of samples purchased and paid for in full.

Order 1: R30 000 (credit R1 500 passed = 5% = R28 500)
Trade Invoice: R28 500 + VAT

The above will be repeated until the cost of the samples has been fully credited.
