Features
  • Polyethylene plastic (LLDPE) – Food grade / FDA approved – Double -walled.
  • Polyurethane (PU) insulation.
  • Dual Lid system : This allows for the large lid to open when packing, however only the small lid to be opened when selling. This reduces the amount of cold air lost while selling.
  • There is a 10mm stainless steel pin hinge on the large lid & 5mm pin hinge on the small lid (Tamperproof).
  • Both lids have a freezer grade rubber seal for optimum sealing.
  • 80mm wall thickness, including Polyurethane inner, throughout for optimum insulation.
  • Anti-hyperextension lid design & stays (2), so the lid does not exceed 100 degrees when opened.
  • 3 x heavy-duty galvanised metal latches, which are lockable.
